I'm not sure about people who do not live here, but you will need what they call 100 points of ID, IE a birth certificate is worth something like 50 points and different things like bills in your name, driver licences are worth different values before you are able to open an new account.

This appears like a rip-off. yet you may google the call, handle, telephone variety, and notice if every physique else is looking this comparable question. Sounds lots like that "I particularly have money in Nigeria that desires to be transferred to an American financial employer" rip-off that went around afew years in the past. in spite of you do, do no longer believe somebody with own information in case you would be unable to look them in the attention.
