yes they are different than germans, because today most of the muslim countries have democracy (other than middle east there are lot of democratic muslim countries) Second thing is now a days people are more aware of their rights and responsabilities because they are educated and enjoys freedom of speach.Media is making them very self concious.All these things make difference.
