staff shortages, unsupportive managers, parents who think they know best when they dont!, children who are in mon to fri full time- never see parents, sick children so we get ill, loads of planning and paperwork, not enough time to play with the kids, and really low pay :) hope this helps im a nursery nurse workin in a day nursery
