you get sick all the time... little ones get sick all the time and spread the cheer.....

staff shortages, unsupportive managers, parents who think they know best when they dont!, children who are in mon to fri full time- never see parents, sick children so we get ill, loads of planning and paperwork, not enough time to play with the kids, and really low pay :) hope this helps im a nursery nurse workin in a day nursery

try using careers websites , such as plan it plus.org , the give you a lot of info about all sorts of careers

that you cannot be everything to them - they do need their parents.
that you are required to look after (x number of) children, and they all need your best care and attention
