One tradition I grew up with is that every year, my mom would have us help her write a Christmas letter to all the distant relatives and friends we hadn't seen in awhile. She would include photos and catch everyone up on what had been happening with our family in the past year.

Now that I have a family of my own, I'd like to continue that tradition. I just don't know where to begin or what I should say. Any advice for writing the perfect holiday letter?

Well to begin talk about yourself and your kids and husband. Then you can tell who ever whats been going on in your life. Tell them about the kids school and how they have grown since they have saw them. And there you go. A good Christmas letter.

The best way is to make drafts. write from the bottom and your heart. let the ideas flow first and never halt with that idea. don't care about the grammar first or other things just the feeling or idea you want to convey. after you have written some drafts it is the time to improve it. let your heart do the writing and your fingertips will just follow.
