Sure, traveling is an anti-stress method if you're traveling to a safe place-country with good company.
Unfortunately it's more than obvious that you must have the financial ability to travel otherwise that will be a stress generate factor.

It depends. Ideally you should get a travel agent, or a friend to arrange the details of your trip. Fixing a trip is fun, but it could also add a lot more to your stress. Where you are going, who you are going with and what you are going to do are also very important factors.

Just remember to keep in mind that you want to relax, de-stress and unwind. Have fun! ;)

interesting question-travel is both a stress reliever and a source of stress, especially in this day and age of flying hassles. But, depending on where you go and how you travel, it can be a great escape and an opportunity to unwind.

yes, but also there are other things which can relive the stress like reading , exercises,walking changing the live style
