first off boot from the one you want to keep. Then open my computer and find the folder you have the other one installed on. right click it then delete. you just deleted it. not too hard right.

if you have a dual boot option then you need to use your windows xp cd to boot and go into recovery options. then go to the debug or what ever is says it is. when it ask you which windows to login choose the one you didn't delete. then type in your admin password.
then type bootfix enter.
if that doesn't do anything type help and look for the bootfix command prompt.
thats all there is to it.

I don't think there is a way to delete just one without removing both. Backup everything you need and format your hard drive and install it again.

If you delete just one, you will still have a lot of files you don't need and they can mess up the system. I have one corrupt file in my Windows and have been told I need to format my disk in order to fix it, as reinstalling Windows without removing it first will only create a bigger problem.
