Well it depends on your natural eye colour, but generally for fair skinned people... Blue, green or grey are good ones that won't draw obvious attention as being different. It depends on what brand you get - they all have different colours and most have different styles - one that enhances your current colour and one that changes it totally - and different colours within those styles.
But I do feel u can buy Blue or Jade green I feel they suit Fair skin

Contact lens color what ever u want 2 choose does not depend only on colour of ur skin but also on ur eye type:-
Big eyes:- Black, Dark Brown, Grey, Marron (Basically dark colors)
Medium eye:- Blue, Green, Black, Light brown, Honey brown
Small eye:- All dark color n Blue, Honey brown

Pale grey. Grey is a full spectrum color and it will alow you to distinguish the colors you are seeing. As the doctors may have explained, green contacts make you see green, blue contacts make you see blue, and the same way with other colors.
