Words are necessary but not quite enough to express gratefulness fully and properly..... they must be accompanied with matching actions when one is truly grateful. A good deed deserves another good deed in return!!

do you mean greatfulness or gratefulness?

greatfulness would be being full of greatness
gratfulness is being full of gratitude

i personally would be very gratefull if i was great,
