Minor is something that you enjoy. You don't want to study something that you are going to absolutely hate.
However, if you want ideas, here are some:
Marketing
Business
Communications
Sociology - learning about people that you might be talking about later
Theatre - Gain confidence in public speaking
Creative Writing
English
Any of these would work, along with others. Like I said before, study something that you will enjoy.
Getting a job after graduation will not be based on the minor that you chose while you were an undergraduate. The biggest factor in getting a job right after graduation is your experience. Get an internship. Talk to your Broadcast Journalism professors and the Career Center at your University. They'll do their best to help you get an internship in your field. Keep in mind that internships are usually steping stools to getting a job out of college, especially in your field.
When going after a job after you graduate in your field, you'll need a few things: the education, the experience, and the references. If you don't have all three, then it might never happen.
Good luck!
