Restraining orders are almost always exclusive to personal relationships. If you had a stalker or a history of problems with an individual that was documented, it may constitute as a relatonship and then be considered for a restraining order. it is a bit twisted but, there are anti stalker laws and stay-away orders to prevent people from evading your personal well being. You can't just get an order if something is aggrivating you because they exist. You have to be personally in danger or I doubt a judge will grant any of the orders. We are very particular about limiting peoples freedom in this country....First Amendment...free speech all that stuff we enjoy so freely in this wonderful nation. People could start a protest in front of your home and in order to stop it you would have to convince a judge that your being hurt by it or they could camp out peacefully and picket all day long forever. If you happen to be an American citizen your question baffles me. We (Americans) are so fortunate to live in this world, we benefit from the sacrifices of so many others and more often than, not have done little to nothing to deserve it.
You hate the government? Well the beauty of our system is that you share sovereignty with your fellow citizens and the constitution. Go out there and use your voice to change what bothers you.
If you would like to learn a little about your relationship with the government I recommend Rousseau's "The Social Contract" and Publius' "The Federalist Papers".
I also recommend travel to see how the rest of the world lives. Remember that 1/2 of us in this world earn less than $2 per day. Our hateful government works to ensure that doesn't happen in America.

No Trespassing and Private Property signs, they can only come in with a warrant, just don't say come-in when you hear a knock at your door. With our New Nazi government we have,a judge will issue a warrant for just about anything they want.
I had my home searched for a envelope with phone #'s on it and a frozen chicken. If your out in public your fair game to them.

LMAO......if it could be done, who wouldn't already have them in place....The cops are ok, they'll help you when you need em.....the government on the other hand........I'd better keep my thoughts to myself.
Statistics say that 1 out of every 25 persons is a government employee.
Statistics also say that 1 out of every 23 persons is a sociopath.
Wonder if there is any connection......
