A lot of standardized tests have pretests that you can take. By taking them you can see what you need to work on. Also, join a study group that way you can have other people test you. Notecards help. And saying what you read. People learn sometimes better when you hear what you say or even write it down.

study, ask questions about anything yu dont understand, perhaps a study group with members of the class.... and stay calm.. slow breathing, and a calm body and mind will help you stay focused, and increase your retention rate of any material you have learned
