You cannot delete (or rename) a Windows program that is currently running. In order to be able to delete the offending file, you must first make sure that the virus (or Trojan) in it isn't running.

Sometimes this can be achieved by booting in safe mode. Unfortunately, some malware programs manage to get executed even then. If you can find the offending process in the task list displayed by the Task Manager, you can kill it there. Unfortunately, some malware programs hide themselves from the task list.

You could try using the free Unlocker utility - see the link below.

BTW, make sure that you know what you're doing, because if you don't delete a virus but a legitimate program from your System32 folder, your system could become unbootable!

Well you need to do a full System recovery. Take your Recovery disc or discs and completely reboot your system. If you don't have a recovery disc or discs order them from the manufacturer. Do not make your own recovery disc or discs. If you do you'll download the virus again. You should have got system recovery disc with your computer. Make sure your virus protection is updated. Deleting the file will not solve the problem. Your system probably need this file to operate properly.

Then run the SMitFraudFix.bat file. It should fix it.

For future protection you can use utilities like Spybot -Search and destroy, AdAware, Windows Defender(microsoft) Most of them are free.
Aslo try Prevx from www.prevx.com. This is good anti-spyware solution.
