also try..
virusscan.jotty.com and submit the explorer.exe kernel.dll(search if found it is a virus). and any other system/system32 dll file which is updated at every moment..
also check out the registry entry.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->Software->Microsoft->Windows->Current Version -> Run or RunOnce if their is any entry corresponding to kernel32.dll .. check the name.. it is 99% a virus so find the system or system32 folder and submit this file on internet.. I m sure that UR COMPUTER IS INFECTED BY VIRUS.

you are probably experiencing the attack of the Brontok VIrus ..its a trojan worm that came from Indonesia/Malaysia that keeps copying the folder's name but it is particularly an executable program..once you have run it,it will infect your system and slowing it down..
download an updated antivirus program like the Symantec or AVG..

actually the system does not automaticaly genrat any folder.

No. You will have to create the folder seperately. The only automatic name would be "New Folder", which you then have to rename by right-clicking.
