My eyes have been bothering me and it makes reading very hard, I would like to set up my computer to read the words to me, anyone know how to do that? I checked and the voice part works I just don't know how to set it up.

How do I set up my Dell Computer so it will read words out loud? I checked and I have what I need, I just don't know how to set it up.

You need to install the Microsoft Speech engine. This engine is downloaded free from the Microsoft website and comes bundled with the Microsoft Speech Application Program Interface (SAPI).
