You could use them for almost anything. I would find corks to seal both ends and store bead, buttons, sequins etc. that one gets on new clothes. I never throw them away because they are pretty and may be useful. If you can see them you may use them. I have no idea what they may have been used for so I'd make my own use for them. Good on you for re-cycling glass.
