A test tube and a florence flask both are containers for holding chemical solutions.
A watch glass is used to evaporate liquid or to cover a beaker.
Glass tubing is used for carrying gases between pieces of apparatus during an experiment.
A buret is used for dispensing known amounts of a liquid reagent in experiments where measurements need to be precise.
And a thermometer is used for measuring temperature.

You could use them for almost anything. I would find corks to seal both ends and store bead, buttons, sequins etc. that one gets on new clothes. I never throw them away because they are pretty and may be useful. If you can see them you may use them. I have no idea what they may have been used for so I'd make my own use for them. Good on you for re-cycling glass.
