No.

Let them build their own with China, which they are going to start working on. If Pakistan's corrupt regime is for some reason toppled, this AWACS machine can easily fall into the wrong hands.

We already have our own AWACS birds in the middle east. We have many programs out there now that are making our birds more and more capable for Middle East/S.Asia operations.

For instance the new E-3 Sentries and E-8 JSTARS have new radars that can see IEDs and better detect ground movement, also there is a program underway that gives the E-3 an dedicated UAV.

Absolutely not. The Pakistani government needs to be taken out as much as the Taliban were in Afghanistan. The U.S.A., a very component of N.A.T.O., is IN Afghanistan with THEIR OWN AWACS.
Pakistan only wants AWACS to gain control over their neighbors for possible military action.
America is not amused.

If terrorist have any F-16s to fly. I think AWAC is for detecting flying objects.

Difficult part is that region has very rough mountain terrain that is almost impossible to scan thoroughly with state of art equipments. And theres whole network of caves and underground passages. That's why its so hard to find Bin Laden and others even with best equipments available.
