When u have uploaded a picture or when u have visited a web page
Select saveas the picuture by right clicking.. So that u will get the name of the picure ...

Now open the source of the webpage and try to find the pic filename.. then u can see a tag like this,.,

copy the whole tag and paste where ever u want in your webpages .
then it simply displays the picture/...

Also, using Ctrl and F buttons to search while viewing the source. Makes finding what you are looking for easier.
