I wish to live to London, from always. I would want to leave and to find a job like maid. how I can make? They are Italian and my English is insufficient.
Employment agencies exist that I can contact and as it works eventually stay near the families?
thanks

You could try contacting the Italian embassy or consulate in England. They will probably be able to offer some advise on who to contact, where you can contact them and how to improve your English and all those important things that will help you to get a job in London. I suggest that the first thing you do is look around the area you currently live in for courses that will help you improve your conversational English. If not, there are some books and CDs that you can find in bookstores or on the internet.

Don't limit yourself to London, as its not all that good.
Try to contact UK employment agencies and ask if they have any Italian Families living in the UK looking for a Maid or House Keeper! That way you will have no language barrier whilst living here and learning the language. Maybe the Italian Consulate in London has staff in a position to offer you a job!

Good Luck and keep trying.

Bedford has a big Italian community and last I heard they even had a consulate there. Strangely it all started with a WWII prisoner of war camp at Highlands farm, after the war the Italians stayed. Bedford is also a little cheaper than London and only an hour away by train.

Its tough if youre in London and cant speak much english. Get a maid or au pair job to start with. They'll probly work you like a horse, if you cant stand it, try for a bar or waitress job. Once you learn the language, you can try something else, or study etc.

Good luck
