I remember it's in the 80's. The singer is a black guy, dont' know who he is. The video has him singing in the shower alone in the house. supposed to be as if someone is watching him.

As indicated above, it is "Somebody's Watching Me" by Rockwell. When it came out in around '84 there was a huge fuss made by Michael Jackson because he was doing what he thought was one of many background vocals as a favor to Berry Gordy (Big Wig at Motown Records) to help launch his son's career...his son being Kennedy William Gordy a/k/a Rockwell (he is also the now ex-brother-in-law of Jermaine Jackson, Michael Jackson's brother)
Michael Jackson was totally miffed when he heard the release of the song and found out his were the ONLY background vocals and there was talk of him threatening a lawsuit, but they must have come to some agreement as it all died down after a few weeks.

Actually its not Michael Jackson, its by this guy named Rockwell and the song is called "Somebody's watching me" Its featuring Michael Jackson.
