i think it can,,, if people can channel that anger into actually doing something about/solving what makes them angry,,,,, violence isnt a solution, its a reaction,,

ps: violence begets violence, i think most would accept that statement,,, yet at the same time, we dont "connect the dots" until we and other countries outlaw violence against children, and let them grow up with an expection of non-violence,,,, i dont see how we can hope to end it. and any hitting of children is violence...... this doesnt mean that all who are raised violence free will be non violent, but i sure think it will help alot, and is worth a try!

Sure. You don't have to be violent when you're angry. There are different ways you can vent out anger and they don't have to be violent. If one gets madder every day, something is wrong. But that's another topic for discussion.
