Phrases like "I'm a good listener if you'd like to talk", "What was the best & wortst part of your day/weekend/vacation?", You don't have the usual spring to your step, I wonder how I can help", or if you think she is being victimized somehow, call a local women's shelter & ask for a graceful way to approach her & gain her confidence.
If your motives are pure, just treating her with dignity & respect and being patient while you pray to earn her trust.
You sound like there is some kind of concern there, good for you for being willing to reach out to her. Blessings on you.
