No, well was drinking until three in the morning, up at the uual time of quater to seven.
And Yes... fry-up, get some decent fats and protien into you and I assure you, you'll feel better.
Night before, just drink a pint or two of water before you go to sleep, this will avoid the dehydration while you sleep as your liver tries to breakdown the alchol, then your kidnies filters it all out.
Good fluids and you'll not have the groggy head in the morning!

I've got one right now but it's not bad enough for me to go and actually do something about it. I'll just let it go away.
When I've got a bad one paracetamol is a miracle drug, plus having a filling breakfast helps. Some people tip Andrews salts as a cure for hangover, I've heard good results but I haven't tried myself.
As long as you've had a good time last night, though, while you're waiting to get better you could even try to cherish the hangover as a reminder of how great it was!

I have found that if you drink a glass of water and take a couple ibouprofen BEFORE you pass out next to the stranger you brought home with you. When you wake up in the morning its not nearly as bad. At least until you see how ugly the person you brought home was and unfortunately I havent found a cure for that besides 150 dollar an hour therapy...lol

I dont have one now cus i had one last nite. But i will watch the ball game today and get the big H tommorrow. My cures?
1. A full English Brekky - if I can get up
2. Fluids and anti acid tabs like alka selzer
3. Newspaper / Radio / Tv / basin for sick next to bed.
4. Can of soup for when I am able to eat.
If its a really severe hangover, I cannot get out of bed and feel nausea all day. lol

Hair of the dog that bit you, works every time. Thats a drink of the drink that gave you the hangover, only one not more than two.

Yeh, I was playing piano in a show, and we had the last night party afterwards.
I consumed a bit too much Stella, but I'm going to have a fried egg sandwich, on white bread (toasted) with Hellman's mayonnaise.
Then I might have a glass of red wine.
That's usually good for getting rid of the sweats and shakes.

For some strange reason I never get hangovers (at the moment) but the downside is that everyone else does.. so I have to put up with the living dead for most of the morning until they recover.. it also means that i get nominated to make breakfast when they all get up .. Darn!!!!

Hi >
I really cannot add to much to your previous answers, they are all good advice, but having been to a big "do" last night, I have had a raw egg, and a hair of the dog in the form of a bourbon & coke.
I feel much better now.
Cheers !
