Harry and Cho went on a date and Cho began to cry, giving him a "wet kiss".
It was later that they were in the secret DA "Dumbledore's Army" that Cho's best friend Marietta Edgecomb ratted them out.
Harry and Cho split up because Cho stood by Marietta despite the betrayal.
At the end of the book, Harry was waving goodbye to Cho, and smiling, free of engtanglements.
