sme people say that only cheaters, flatterres, liers are the persons who get success easily in todaays world is it really true? if yes than ,is there no value for kind , hard working, honest and loyal persons?

Perhaps you should spend a week thinking about the definition of "success". And when you finish with that, spend another week thinking about the definition of the term "quality".

It can be hard sometimes... because employers usually think of what's best for their business and how they can make more money.
The companies that produce and sell cigarettes don't care about the harmful effects of smoking because they are in the business of making money.
