Please don't listen to the idiot woman who answered above! You are not circumsized and don't need to be like this woman says. There is nothing wrong with being uncircumsized. I had the same problem when I was around 15 or 16. If you keep pulling it back eventually it will stretch and be just fine. Once you have sex it may bleed slightly if it stretches too hard. This is nothing serious. You may need a doctor to check it out but circumsizion is not needed. Men who have their foreskin enjoy better orgasms and pleasure and it is there for a reason. I have no idea why people do that to poor babies that have no say over it. Enjoy your foreskin!

Clearly you have a condition called phimosis, where the foreskin opening is either too tight or narrow. There are many ways to deal with this, stretching being the easiest but perhaps also the most time consuming. Either you haven't been stretching it for long enough, or you've been doing it wrong.

Here's a basic way. Take two fingers and stretch the opening of the foreskin as far as it'll go without pain (like increasing its radius) by hooking a finger on either side of the opening. It's a little hard to describe, but it shouldn't take too many tries to get right. Do this for a few minutes each day for a few weeks to a month. This usually solves the issue in the vast majority of cases. Be careful NOT TO CAUSE PAIN, as that could cause tears and scarring that'll make the situation much worse rather than improve it.

If after a month of stretching and it still doesn't seem to be going anywhere, there are prescription creams that're supposed to help, especially when combined with the stretching exercises. If this doesn't work after like another month or so, then you may want to consider surgical options (the most radical being circumcision).

Surgical options include a dorsal slit, where a slit is made into the opening of the foreskin to all it to retract, or an operation to simply enlarge the opening (see links). If all of these options fail, then circumcision probably should be considered.

There are varying degrees of circumcision, including a partial circumcision where only the end of the foreskin is removed. Thus in this way, between half to most of your glans might still be covered when not erect, depending on how much foreskin you had to begin with and how much was removed. Regardless, you should probably disregard anyone who suggests circumcision as a first option, especially if that's not what you want.

Yes, I'm a chick and no, I'm not crazy for answering this. I had 3 boys, all of which were circumcised. Sometimes, after circumcision, the foreskin fuses back together, without you noticing it for a while and the only way to really fix this is to go to the doctor and tell them what is going on. You may have to be re-circumcised. Sounds scary, I know but they do put you under and you will be given pain meds after wards. Good Luck.

You have phimosis, an unhealthy condition where the foreskin cannot be fully retracted. You need to deal with this condition as soon as possible. Phimosis is caused either by adhesions between your foreskin and the head of your penis, or by your foreskin being too narrow to stretch over the head when you try to pull it back. Either way, you need to see your doctor to have the adhesions broken if they are the cause and then to be circumcised. Circumcision will cure all your problems by completely removing your foreskin and permanently exposing the head, right back to the sulcus (groove beneath the head). You will have better hygiene, comfort, appearance and both you and your future partners will have FAR better sex after you are circumcised. Do it now - all males should be circumcised!
