Driving under the influence of any drug or alcohol would be an immediate murder charge. To many innocents die because of this every year.

I would pass an international law against racial vilification. There would be no more raising children as racists and the entrenched racism we see today would be gone in a couple of generations.
Anyone breaking that law would be imprisoned in the Sahara Desert. When we ran out of space there, we could use the Australian Outback (another desert) for the rest of them.
Breeding of these deviates would not be allowed, although they would be allowed to co-habit, but ONLY with a member of a different cultural group - no same group co-habiting allowed.
Actually, it is a toss-up between that and banning organised religion.
Yoshimi - prostitution is legal in a great many places, including Australia - that's no biggy.

i would demand that "lush a lot" be banned from Y!A. I dont know who these little brats think they are, coming on here and ruining a good time. they need to go to get a life

3 strike rule if it doesnt exist right now. 2 strikes for immigrants. Also and illegal immigrant found in america would have to go fight in Iraq. Also train the prisoners of prison to go fight the wars. If you want to do a crime then who cares if they're over in Iraq and want to run away.
