What artist is like Fiona Apple or Amerie?

I am trying to find artists with a creative beat like Fiona Apple (like her new word "Extraordinary Machine" not the Tidal stuff) or implement jazz and rNb elements like Amerie (not generically like you hear on the radio).

You will LOVE Regina Spektor. She isn't well known (which I have NO idea why) but she has such a great sound.
