it would be easier using a more friendly webgui based server like abyss webserver. http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/
I prefer that and apache to IIS

the biggest distinction is cost. MS sq. is simpler too use whilst programming in .internet. some google searches for mysql vs. sq. could clarify each thing. For the main section while you're basically commencing your web page with limited finances you may pass with mySql.
