hypothetically speaking of course

ANYTHING YOU SAY CAN AND WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU IN A COURT OF LAW. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT. Past that I can't help but to wonder why someone who might have made the terrible decision to take another's life would actually "brag" about it on yahoo. I say "brag" because I can't see where sharing the information with anyone else (especially a forum such as this), would be anything other than braggging. Do you realize that in America's Prison systems that even the Inmates don't "brag" (they do not discuss what the crime was that put them there). Remorse would also bring shame. And with that would be the desire for no one to actually know the terrible wrong to which you had caused another living breathing creature of our Lord. So, hypothetically speaking or not, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is the only one who can wash a soul of their sins. If the admission is an attempt to rid one's self of guilt, yahoo isn't the place for it, if it is however an attempt to "brag" about taking the life of another human being then say your prayers tonight that I'd NEVER be chosen for the jury that tried you in a court of law. Best Wishes.

Theoretically, only if they can send you to jail on circumstantial evidence. It won't go over too well though, because they need more evidence that you really did murder someone. Saying that you did in fact murder someone is not good enough evidence.

Foley, was online soliciting sex recently, one of our political leaders. And he got caught. If you are telling anything at all on these internet sites you will be decifered and coded and prosecuted by the law if you are guilty of a crime.

Even if you confess, you are using a "handle" or pseudo name, and did not affix your signature. It does not make it legal and legit especially if your defense lawyer is a good one.
