THere are several choices:
1)Use single mode fiber optic cables, as that is the only cable that will allow a span this long. However, it is impractical.

2) The cheapest and also slowest is through dial up modems. Best rate speed is 56kbps.
3) If you can afford it, try your local ISP provider. DSL, ISDN, or cable modem if available in your area at both ends will allow you to transfer data quicker than dial up but will also require nmore money and better security.
4) Your local PTT utilizing lease lines. These are the most expensive , but also the most secure and your not sharing bandwidth with anyone else.
