I feel it is wrongly spelled,
It could be sovranty which is variant of SOVEREIGN, SOVEREIGNTY
which means all the meanings supremacy.....
but while trying to check out if there is anything on the www. i found the word sovernty used in place of sovereignty maybe one day it could be included in the oxford dictionary as a new addition.
by the way this word comes in this link....http://dictionary.reference.com/ads.html?q=sovernty&adq=Bush%20Humor&orig_channel=definition&google_page_url=http%3A//dictionary.reference.com/browse/sovernty
