i suffer from constant headaches sometimes migranes, terrible back pain in my lower back, sometimes get pins and needles in my hands but only in the 3rd finger and little finger, terrible stomach and "below" pains like cramps
I am overweight but every diet i have tried and stuck to religiously from weight watcher to the cabbage diet doesnt shift the weight...

I would say go to your doctor but since you dont want to hear that all the advice i can give to you is: Stick to a healthy diet, leave out your last evening meal of the day and drink a pint of water instead. Dont nibble when your hungry thats a very bad move. If you are really that hungry again drink water instead. Also take a walk every day about 10 minutes after each meal if you can. It doesnt have to be a swift walk, but dont drag your feet. A gentle walk for about 30minutes. This will burn off any calories gained from each meal. No matter how healthy you are eating each food still contains a certain amount of calories.
On advice for your pain.......I do alot of Aromatherapy. Im NOT a proper qualified Trained Aromatherapist but have taught myself and Ive helped lots of my friends and family with alsorts of problems and still do.
If you can go to a health shop get yourself the following oils, they arent exspensive i promise.
CARRIER OIL to blend with your chosen oils.
1) ROMAN CHAMOMILE treats Muscular aches n pains n
inflammed joints.
2)LAVENDER (This you do not need a carrier oil as its
safe to use neat on the skin). Treats headaches,
migraine, muscular aches n a nerve sedative.
3) PATCHOULI Stomache aches.
4) ROSEMARY Muscular aches n pains, backache, fluid
retention, rheumatism n poor circulation.
5) EUCALYPTUS Aches n pains including bachache.
Just mix your chosen oil with a bottle of carrier oil and massage into the area twice daily. Best time is just before bed. Keep this up till either your pains decrease or are no more. YOU SHOULD NOT GET AN ALLERGIC REACTION to any of the above oils but incase you have sentive skin either use just a few drops of chosen oil into 5 tablespoons of carrier oil for each massage or consult your GP first.
I could go on and list more oils suitable for you but these i know are easy to obtain.
Good luck and hope ive been of some help

I think the first thing you should do is see the Dr and check to see you don't have a water or womb infection. It could even be appendix. This will answer the questions concerning the pains in your lower back, abdomen and undercarriage. The headaches are possibly down to something you are eating or maybe you need glasses. As for the pins and needles or numbness in your fingers do you lean on your elbows when on the computer...I do and I get exactly the same thing. See the doctor anyway.

Go to the Dr and let them know everything that is going on. They may be able to do some simple tests that will give you an answer.
Believe me, I know. I did the same thing to my Dr. It had been a while since I had seen one so I bombarded her with my problems. Turns out I was diagnosed with asthma, a slipped disc on my Cspine, carpal tunnel with nerve damage in my hands, and kidney stones. I had to see several specialists, but I am now feeling so much better.
Always better to be safe than sorry especially when dealing with pain. Just make sure you are able to pay for (or have insurance ) for all the testing the Dr. is going to want to do.
Good Luck!

The back pain and the pins and needles could be conneted to your weight. I had them and as I started losing weight the problems eased. The headaches could be high blood pressure, again connected to your weight. Go to the doctor and tell him about all the problems and ask him for help with losing weight.
I used to say what you said about sticking to a diet and not losing, but be honest with yourself, you do not stick to it. Its a scientific fact that if you eat less calories you will lose weight, the people with medical reasons for not losing are very few. I am now on the GI Diet by Rick Gallup. It really easy to stick to and you eat real food, at real meals! Google it. I have lost 70lbs in 5 months with it and as I said before I used to say what you say. I still have a very long way to go to get to my goal, but if a serial failure dieter like me can suceed with it anyone can...;

Firstly you are far from a hyprocondriac. If you were one you would have been to the doctors 3 times already. Please do go though. There are several aches there and only a doctor can help you out. I wish I could but unfortunately I'm not qualified. Wishing you all the best.

A hypochondriac will go to the doctor with every little imagined pain. It sounds like you are suffering really badly and should go see a doctor.
