Those files are usually SYSTEM RESTORE files. I would say no to deletion and keep them on your system. Those files will help restore your pc's configuration to normal if you ever have a virus or hardware error and need to restore it back to a previous date. I have 4 of those files on my pc right now.

The others are right, they are System Restore Files, but I'd kill 'em. Delete them. They're just taking up large amounts of space and, if Windows crashes, it's always best to do a clean, fresh install anyway.

don't worry they are system restore backup point file
