It's too close to call. I think that they both are undeserving of having custody of those poor children. If I had to choose though, it probably would have to be Britney. She's more unlikely to go off and have more kids, but you never know. Stranger things have happened. Since most of the stuff is Britney's, she should have it all. Not like she can't afford to buy all new things either though. In the long run she deserves it more than her idiotic ex-husband. Maybe he'll grow up one day, but I doubt it.

I think they should get only what is their own. K-Fraud, sorry, K-Fed got his face on TV due to Britney's fame. He should only keep what he earned. So that means he can load up his car trunk and thats about it.

Britt of course! That no good ex of hers was only ever after the money and fame of being her hubby anyway......I think the kids should go to Britt's parents or something though...she's too irresponsible to be the sole parent of 2 little kids, no matter how much money she has!
