I use McAfee VirusScan 2006 10.0
It just said that W32/IRCbot.worm is a medium risk worm ....
It didn't say that mine was infected by this virus though.
How can I solve this problem and how I can get rid of this virus?

It's most likely to be the virus causing and you need to get rid of it. You should have an option in your anti-virus software to remove it but if not google search the name of the virus and you will find info on how to delete it.
If your scan mentions this virus in the results then your p.c has it.

If this doesn't solve the p.c turning on and off then you may need a new psu (power supply unit) this happened to me but the new psu solved it.

P.S I wont be accepting any mail unless it comes through Yahoo.

I would completely uphaul the system. Put everything on a disk and scan it on a separate computer then delete any infections and delete everything on your computer including you driver then re-install all non-infected items.
