Because they are jealous and want to join in but can't so they break it up instead.
Really though, anyone who is sexing in public is breaking the law but perhaps gay people feel a little free-er with themselves.

im pretty sure they do harass straight people who have sex in public it is a crime. thats not to say that there arent some cops who would let something go for one person and look the other way and then bust someone else for the exact same thing, but that is life sadly that is how the world works. but in general laws are made and applied equally to all.

Sounds like a double standard to me. However, anyone trying that in my town would be arrested whether straight, bi, or gay. You should ask yourself why you are doing it in public. Seems like you might be doing it to get attention. If so, positive attention and negative attention come in hand in hand. I think it's in very bad taste for anyone to have sex in public. There are kids out there that don't need to see that and there are adults who don't want to see it as well. See, I tend to think about how my behavior affects others, that's me. Doesn't mean you can't have fun, just do it in doors like the rest of us.

Not sure where you're getting your information... Police will harass and arrest ANYONE who is having sex in a public place. It's illegal.

ok if i was a cop and on this side say gays have sex were there sticking things in were things are supose to come out.and people haveing sex like i was rased to have sex.iwould be more disturbed with the butt sex then striaght sex.and the cop might not like gays

Its called Public Indecency, anyone, gay or straight, will get a ticket......
personally, If my five year and I were strolling down a public area and we stumbled upon people engaging in indecent acts I don't care if they were gay or if they were straight, I'd make sure that they got in tons and tons of trouble....

I don't know... But I think public sex is disgusting no matter who is involved. Everyone should be harassed equally in my eyes.

Because the people who write the laws are homophobic! Homosexuality in the laws eyes is an abomination and against Biblical laws which is used to make laws even today! They have not made it to the 21st century yet!

Actually where I live you can't even be in the car alone and be kissing they will give you a ticket. I live in LA, CA. They are very strict.
