Develed eggs are the best cant go wrong with them
12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
1/4 cup Light Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
1/4 teaspoon mustard
Paprika for garnish (lightly sprinkle)
Pop out (remove) the egg yolks to a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard and mix thoroughly. Fill the empty egg white shells with the mixture and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refridgerate for up to one day before serving. U can also add bacon bits which are really good

Cheese blintzes
Batter:
Three eggs
One tablespoon of flour
One tablespoon of water
One tablespoon of milk
Whisk all together and pour half into a shallow round pan. Cook one side and flip. This will make a crepe. The batter makes two.
Then, fill the center of the crepe with cottage cheese and roll them (as if you were making a joint). Top off with your favorite fruit (really good with thawed frozen strawberries in strawberry sauce). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with whipped cream.
