Oprah is a billionaire, one of the wealthiest celebrities alive. She has an empire of books, magazines, television shows, etc.; Rowling has only books.

Oprah, obviously. The Harry Potter series hasn't broken the $1 billion mark yet in book sales, I believe, and Rowling's only getting the royalties from the sales.
