No, they are not. They are both emotions, that can vary in intensity, but they are manifested differently. They frequently co-exist with each other.

I depends on where one is in the will to power.

Of course not.. they're both opposite. Loving is caring and ultimately doing anything for someone. Hating you will do anything to go against that person and make life hard for them.. all that rubbish about hating and loving somebody at the same time is completely silly.. they're both very strong emotions but if you cant distinguish between them then there's something wrong with the way you think.. if confused, you must hate that person cos if you truly love someone you will never hate them, either abstractly or completely.

one is the shadow side of the other so one might say they are inseparatable as both become a problem when an expectation is attached to the emotion

i think they play hand n hand with eachother but that we shouldnt let our hate condem us and take us over that our love should be grater
