How in the hell do I upload files to Zune?

I just purchased a Zune player and have no clue how to upload files. I want to delete the preloaded files and upload mp3s, videos, and pictures. There's no instruction on how to use these features on Zune software.

I have no idea. But you might try asking Microsoftie for instructions. If they can't help you, demand your money back. Sounds like a major faux pax on MS's part.
