As there are a couple of different meanings of experienced so too are there a couple of different antonyms:
Inexperienced
Ignorant
Untrained
Unqualified

unexperienced, Man, you are all right and I am so wrong!!!
I just jumped the gun without even thinking about it. I can't believe that the word "unexperienced" popped into my mind first. I guess I need more experience at this. I'm tired, I think I shoud go to sleep now.

"Inexperienced" would be the direct antonym. Others you can have are "callow", "untrained", "uneducated", "naive", "unworldly" and "ignorant".
