ps3 or nintendo wii?

does anyone know the next shipment for ps3 and wii consoles in california.....

i heard some talk about shipments coming in today... is it true...

PS3! The Best Buy nearest me actually had Wii's and 360's in stock, but obviously people are waiting for supplies of PS3's to make their way here.

If you can find and afford a PS3, get it. It'll be cool, without a doubt. If you can't find one or are rational enough to think a six hundred dollar video game system is a bit expensive but really like Playstation, you should probably get a 360. It's way more like a PS3 than the Wii is.

The Wii is a different vein entirely. Less emphasis on adult-themes and gore. Those titles will be on the Wii, but you can expect not as many. More emphasis on quirky, sometimes silly and very fun to play. Nintendo knows how to make a really freakin fun game, anyone who disagrees needs to up their Ritalin dosage.

What I did is got a Wii because it was cheap, easy to find and still a lot of fun. It will keep me busy for a good year and a half until the PS3's are priced more reasonably.

AND STOP ASKING THIS STUPID QUESTION!

If anyone here knew wat they were talkin bout, they would know the ps3 is the BIGGEST let down ever!! to check out stats, go to www.nexgenwars.com it will speak for itself. Wii has motion sensing, and the PS3 never EVER thought of a feature like that until they heard nintendo was using it. Then they made a cheap knock off that is the same as the nunchuk, buh the wii mote has the 3rd dimension incorporated, and can measure distances, and all that stuff. million times better. Not to mention the ps3 lost rumble. Wii all the way if ure smart.

If you would like to spend $600 on something spend it on something that is more versitle, like a computer, you will have better graphics and it would be more useful to have at home. Also the Wii is a blast to play and is very group friendly. Even with Wii sports you can team and have a match of Tennis or Bowling. WII ALL THE WAY!!! Don't listen to all these people that all they have played is the PS3 at wal-mart, the PS3 isn't worth it and all it is, is a glorified PS2.

Yeah true! but i would GET THE WII! You know why? you can interact with the wii. Like if you were playing a golf game you would swing the controller and it will actually do it! The PS3 its like the PS2 but its graphics are more better! So if you like the ps3 more than the Wii you are such a noob!

Well I know someone who works at Target, here in California, and they just restocked the PS3's yesterday. They probably are already gone though. They didnt restock them till about 11am yesterday after the day started. Thats all I know. And the Wii is getting shipments at stores I think once a week.

ps3 is pretty much the best - has so many functionalities, but depends on what games you want to play really - cause if there are some that are only for nintendo, than what would you do with ps3 ?

when we had nothing to do like that then came ps2 better grafics where was the wii when we needed it or wanted a better console

Ps3 is for noobs who wants to play suckish games. wii is definitely best. w8 for super smash bros. brawl lots of char. like viewtiful joe sonic and tails oh and knuckles! PS3 is suckish like all of u fools
