I think there are a lot of really talented Country Music Artists, Aaron Neville, Kenny Rogers, Willie Nelson. But I think the artists who changed the face of country and gave it its place in mainstream society are probably the Dixie Chicks, Shania Twain, Martina McBride, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw and now Carrie Underwood. These are artists who took an appealing sound and added a modern twist. Its because of them that I love country music (as well as a lot of other music) today.
