Ladies - does it bother you when men make comments about your body when you're walking down the street? Do you ever say anything back - or do you just try and ignore the men who say these things?

When I was younger and this used to happen to me I would scream back, confront them, throw a huge fit. Startled the hell out of a lot of boys! If they were workers (like the guys who were roofing my neighbors' house) I would report them.

I ignore them because I do not want to encourage a conservation with rude men!

it does bother me (and most women) because the male is simply sexualizing the female, and that's highly offensive. i usually give a really obvious disgusted look to make it clear that they are being ignorant and barbaric.

I am usually saddened by it. It makes the men who do it seem so pitiful and grotesque.
