The song is called "Mad World" by Gary Jules. The original version of the song was by Tears for Fears.

Not to be confused with the Tears For Fears version of "Mad World".
Tears For Fears actually did it first, but their song is an awkward, fast-tempo, techno-rock sh!tfest.
Gary Jules did a cover, and got it perfect.
