I was going to a diet doctor and I am 5'3. Ideal weight is between 125 - 130

It really depends on your age, build, and other health factors. For the normal healthy 5'3" woman, the idea weight is around 120.

110-120 would be very lean and healthy. 130 would be "not bad," but possibly would mean you have a higher body fat percentage than you should. Of course, if your body fat is very low, it doesn't matter what your actual weight is... muscle weighs more than fat so that can be decieving. The answer is: if you look skinny, healthy and fabulous (but not too skinny!) then you are at your ideal weight. That's it.

Between 120 and 130 is average for that height.
