Do you have premium cable channels (HBO, Cinemax, Shotime)? Do you think they are worth the extra money? Why are you willing to pay extra for those channels?

I have HBO.
I like it, you get to see interesting movies once in a while, not the same old re-re-re runs from other channels...

I have all the premium channels, and they're absolutely worth it for the original series. I do notice, however, that the rising cost of producing these original shows (or made-for-cable films) is beginning to erode at what they'll spend broadcasting features. Not really something to worry about in the age of NetFlix and VOD, but if you plan to get those extra channels in hopes of seeing a lot of great films, don't be flustered to find CONEHEADS or POLICE ACADEMY 4 running twice a day instead of the recent hits you'd probably rather be watching.

I do have HBO channel and really enjoy the movies consider worth subscribing.

hbo has really good original programming (think sopranos, six feet under, sex & the city) and they also show some really good documentaries.
