I get a sense of peace... it relaxes me... i go into wonders of how beautiful life is...

We would holiday on the coast and watch the sun set over the the sea. Dad would make us be quiet and listen for the hiss as the sun touched the water. I do it now with my kids, it's silly but fun. Don't try it with the 17 year old.
