No reason you can't get the masters in psych.
I'd suggest checking walden university and the university of phoenix - both offer reasonably priced programs at the masters level - and even into the phd ish level.

Yes, it's possible. You'll likely have to take several "foundation" courses or several undergraduate courses in psychology to meet the Graduate program prerequisites, but it's definitely possible.

every higher education facility has it's own matriculation standards - you need to enquire to each university on a 'course by course' basis, they will examine the component modules that make up your Finance degree and determine is there are 'top-up' modules that you need to complete
