I mean their hormones are out of control especially teenagers they cant control it I've had some weird moment when a guy(attractive sometimes not) stare at me n go to the bathroom 4 a long time they dont want 2 sometimes but they have 2

First off, a lot of women get turned on just as easily, if not more so, than men. Mostly it's a stereotype that women don't but men do, and if there are any differences, it's in the gender socialization and possibly their testosterone levels.

Let me try if I can still recall what our professor talked about in our biology class. First, mens penis is exposed and easily aroused. Throw in the male hormone which is quite aggressive and what do you get? In fact during puberty, men experience frequent erections due to increased male hormone. Compared to women, female hormone is less aggressive. The vagina is basically "hidden" and would need more probing to get the woman aroused. Thats why women need more physical and mental intimacy to get her aroused.
